Week 5 Notes

Communication ( www.ocfoa.org )

Anonymous emails have been sent to Paul Wyllie & me stating that there is a problem with officials or coaching staffs. Unfortunately, these senders are fearful that we will publish their names causing repercussions. We are then expected to figure out who the “offenders” are without any clues. Paul Wyllie & I list situations on the website as well as the emails that we send out; not names.

Coaches

• If there is a problem during a game, please list it under “Comments” on the online Coach’s card. We can not address a problem unless we know about it.

Officials

• If there is a problem with a school site or team staff during a game, please email Paul Wyllie or me. Don’t leave it for the following week’s crew to struggle with.

If there is a problem with an official, it will be addressed by the Rating Chairman, the Instructional Chairman and/or the OCFOA Board.

If there is a problem with a coaching staff, the information will be gathered. Once assembled, the information will be forwarded to Speed Castillo, CIF Liaison.

• October 18^th – Classification Exam (Required)
• October 10^th – Make up meeting (Room 422)
• October 17^th – Make up meeting (Room 422)
• October 25^th – Make up meeting (Room 422)
