Week 7 Notes

  • Field Markings: If the 9 yard marks are no longer there due to rain or cutting of the grass, play the game. Be sure to bring it up to someone at the home school. Use your judgment as to who would be your best source. It could be the person who gives you your vouchers or the head coach. Be sure to let us know as well. We can also remind the school.
  • Communication: If you are requesting something from a school and personal at the game site has trouble fulfilling your request, don’t get into an argument with the school. Use common courtesy. Becoming angry does not solve anything and gives the perception that you are difficult to work with. The same goes for times when school personal ask for something from you. If you are able to fulfill the request from the school, do it then be done with it. If you are unable to fulfill the request, let school personal know that you are unable to help them out. You can lead a horse with a carrot or with a whip. I prefer using carrots.
  • No Shows: Notify Paul Wyllie if an official is late or does not show up for a game. We have pulled individual games or remaining schedules if necessary.
  • Final Make-up Meeting: Our final meeting is October 25th at El Modena High School in room 422. You will be able to make up a meeting or take any missing test. You will not be able to re-take a test.
  • Classification Exam Scores: After the remaining tests are taken on October 25th, the test will be posted on our website. I will email you individual scores as I did with your Summer Study Guide scores. Paul Wyllie will have all scores by October 28th for ratings purposes.
